Privacy Policy
Effective May 2, 2026
Prime Solution (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides IT services, custom programming, automation, and the Blog Poster subscription. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep it short and plain.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information you give us directly:
- Contact form:name, email address, subject, the service you’re interested in, and your message.
- Blog Poster intake form: business name, email, website URL, industry, geographic targeting preferences, keywords, competitor URLs, content sources, tone preferences, CMS, posting cadence, and anything you ask us to avoid.
- Payment information: if you subscribe to Blog Poster, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVC, or full billing details — Stripe handles all of that. We only see your name, email, and subscription status as reported by Stripe.
- Automated logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer, timestamps) for security and debugging.
We don’t use behavioral advertising, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
- To create and deliver Blog Poster content tailored to your business
- To process subscription payments through Stripe
- To detect and prevent spam or abuse (reCAPTCHA, server logs)
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
3. Third-Party Services
The site relies on a few third-party services to function. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery (privacy policy)
- Stripe — payment processing for the Blog Poster subscription (privacy policy)
- Google reCAPTCHA— spam protection on our forms. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
- Google (Gmail)— we deliver form notifications via Gmail’s SMTP service.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We don’t use marketing or analytics cookies. The only cookies set on our pages are those required for reCAPTCHA to function on the contact and intake forms, and any standard cookies set by Vercel for routing. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work but the contact forms may not.
5. How Long We Keep Information
- Contact-form and intake-form submissions are retained in our email indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them.
- Subscription and billing records are retained as long as Stripe retains them, plus any period required by tax or accounting law.
- Server logs are typically retained by our hosting provider for 30 days.
6. Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection, and payment data is handled directly by Stripe’s PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, but we use modern encryption, access controls, and reputable third parties to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., California, EU/UK, etc.) you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Cancel your Blog Poster subscription at any time (through Stripe)
- Opt out of any future communications
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form on our home page. We don’t require you to create an account or verify identity in elaborate ways for simple deletion requests.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here; for active subscribers, we’ll send an email notice if any change meaningfully affects you.
10. Contact Us
If you have questions about this privacy policy or how your information is handled, please reach out via the contact form on our home page. We’ll respond within a few business days.
