Can I cancel hosting?
Yes, anytime. Your site stays online through the end of the period you've already paid for, no questions asked.
What if I want changes later?
Small edits are included as long as you're on hosting — service times, staff photos, a new paragraph in the about section, swapping out a picture. Just email what you want changed and we'll handle it.
Do I own the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your Church's name. If you ever decide to take the site somewhere else, the domain goes with you.
What about email?
We don't host email — Church inboxes need more reliability than we can promise. We recommend Google Workspace for Nonprofits, which is free or heavily discounted for most Churches and works perfectly with your new domain.
